Yes. The proxy manager can be installed on a single machine and can be accessed externally to send requests and adjust the proxy configuration.
Please note that you need to take the following security measures to ensure that only trusted sources are allowed to use the agent manager. In addition, you may need to allow access to the server's firewall.
