Manually setting the proxy
1.Open Settings.
2.Click Network and Internet.
3.Click proxy.
4.In the Manual proxy Settings section, set the use proxy server switch to on.
5.In the address field, enter the IP address.
6.In the port field, enter the port.
7.Click Save; Then close the Settings window.
