How big can a proxy pool be?

You might now that we have a limited number of IP addresses in the world and that number doesn’t grow. This is why some of the people are sharing the same IP address.

When it comes to proxies and proxy services, the IPs they have is the main key as well as the locations that customer can choose. In the proxy market there are 3 main players that have the biggest pools of proxies:

As you can see, the pools are really huge and all of these providers are constantly improving the size of their pool. So, speaking in general, the proxy pool can be as big as you want as long as you can add more and more IPs to it but eventually, it will have to stop simply because we won’t have enough IPs to use.
