12-28-2021Using the proxy, the 503 service unavailable code indicates the code received when the server receives the request and other requests overload it, or when it is in planned shutdown / maintenance. So, how to fix the 503 error of the proxy?
1. Pause plug-ins and themes
One of the most common causes of 503 errors is plug-in and theme compatibility issues. To determine if this is happening, you need to disable all plug-ins for your website. If you have many plug-ins, this process may take some time, but it is important to check each plug-in in turn. If you determine the plug-in causing the error at any time, you can uninstall it or replace it with other tools.
2. Add server resources
503 error may be caused by lack of server resources. That is, you need to upgrade your hosting plan to see if it can solve the problem.
3. View your blog
The log contains each error that appears on your website in chronological order. It shows which file caused each error and which specific lines of code were involved.
4. Contact proxy
If you can't find the problem, you can contact the proxy service provider, and Roxlabs will have professional technicians to help you solve the problem.
